Nursing care is for adults who require the oversight of a registered nurse 24 hours a day. Any medical help that is required may be given by the qualified Nurses working within the Home.
The Hatchmoor nursing team can proved support to individuals who have long term conditions such as Parkinson’s, lung disease, peg feeding or any other physical disability. These are just a few conditions but there are many more. End of life care is a real passion for the team, we ensure that the individual has a peaceful passing and loved ones are also looked after. We have good connections with the North Devon Hospice and other specialist teams.
