Everything is centred around our residents and this starts even before they enter the home when they are visited by us in hospital or at home to see if Hatchmoor Nursing Home would be the right place for them to live. Our first priority is to get to know the needs of our residents, we want to know what makes them the person they are, how they like spending their day, whose important to them and what makes them the unique character they are. When we know this we can provide a friendly, personalised service in a warm, homely environment.
