Hatchmoor Nursing prides itself on the level of dedicated care delivered by our experienced team. Our team is led by Jayne Hill who joined Hatchmoor as Deputy Matron in 2011 and became Matron in October 2013.  Jayne came to Hatchmoor from one of our previous homes, just outside of Barnstaple, where she was Matron for over 3 years. Jayne has many years of experience both as a Nurse and in a position of management. 

As a keen ambassador for holistic care Jayne's approach towards individually taylored care is helping Hatchmoor to become a leader in the Care sector and most importantly enabling Hatchmoor to provide the care the residents request and require.

All of the care team at Hatchmoor regularly attend training to help increase their knowledge and we support the team by encouraging working towards recognised qualifications.
